One of my favorite websites to get inspiration from is Houzz.com, which is basically like Pinterest but is exclusive to home decor and design. My favorite room featured this week is this beautiful Beach Cottage Inspired Dining Room from Nastasi Vail Designs that perfectly mixes soft gray bead board and flooring for that beach cottage feel and pairs it with rustic furniture and lighting for a farmhouse feel.
Even more amazing is what the designer had to start with. Yikes! That’s design at its finest!

What do you think of this Beach Cottage Inspired Dining Room? Would you have done anything differently? I can’t think of anything I would change, the designer thought of everything – even down to the accessories! Fantastic design!
I love this! I’ve just heard about houzz. Knowing how much I love look at pictures of other people’s homes, I’m sure I will get addicted quick! Haha!
